The Rolls-Royce SMR supplier approval process is based on several assessments including Quality Management System, Manufacturing Capability and Planning and Control. These assessments will be conducted and will form part of the process of becoming an approved supplier to Rolls-Royce SMR.
Rolls-Royce SMR requests that its suppliers commit to the Code of Conduct and integrate these principles into their own supply chain.
Having the right relationship is important to Rolls-Royce SMR. We believe in mutual respect. This means engaging suppliers at the right time, and in accordance with our programme. Providing us the commodities / scopes of work in the Register Interest form on this Supplier Portal will enable us to do this. The supplier approval process is initiated following this same philosophy.
Supplier Requirements
We are looking for a supply chain that utilises the expertise of both established nuclear suppliers and non-nuclear suppliers.
Know Your Partner (KYP). As part of our due diligence, it is important Rolls-Royce SMR understand who are supply chain are, what they do for us, and what reputational, legal and compliance risks they may pose to the company.
